摘要
叶松教授从肝脾论治腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效显著,作者仔细探究其临证经验,总结从肝脾论治此病的方法,认为肝脾不调主要包括"木不疏土""木旺乘土""土虚木乘"三大类型,分别论述各型病证因机证治,予以疏肝、抑肝、柔肝结合健脾治疗,并列举验案。
Professor Ye Song has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of IBS with predominant diarrhea from the liver and spleen.The author carefully explores the clinical experience and summarizes the method of treating this disease from the liver and spleen.Professor Ye Song believes that the liver-spleen disorder mainly includes three types:the wood can not dredge itself which influents the earth’s fuction,the overgrown wood will overwhelm the earth,the deficiency earth can lead the overwhelmed wood.The author discusses the causes,pathogenesis of each type,treating by grooming,inhibitioning,softing the liver combining with cultivating the spleen,and gives an clinical case.
