摘要
矿用防爆柴油机在煤矿辅助运输领域应用广泛,自动保护装置是其配套安全保障措施。自动保护装置的动作精度是防爆柴油机安全性能的重要指标,然而受国内检测手段的制约,保护装置动作精度未受到应有的重视。以昆山晋桦豹的ZBC3/24型防爆柴油机车用保护装置为例,通过对防爆柴油机表面温度、排气温度、机油压力、废气处理水箱水位、冷却水温度和瓦斯浓度等几路监控的检验方法进行研究,从流量控制、压力控制、混合气体浓度控制、计时方式等方面分析,排除干扰因素,设计出科学、有效、准确的防爆柴油机自动保护装置检测系统。
Mining explosion-proof diesel engines are widely used in the field of coal mine auxiliary transport,automatic protection device is supporting safety measures.The action accuracy of the automatic protection device is an important indicator of the safety performance of explosion-proof diesel engines,however,due to the constraints of domestic testing methods,the protection device action accuracy is not due attention.Kunshan Jinhuabao type ZBC3/24 explosion-proof diesel engine vehicle protection device,for example,through the study of explosion-proof diesel engine surface temperature of explosion-proof diesel engine,exhaust temperature,oil pressure,water level of waste gas treatment tank,cooling water temperature and gas concentration,an effective and accurate automatic protection device testing system for explosion-proof diesel engines was developed by analyzing flow control,pressure control,mixed gas concentration control and timing.
