摘要
为了解决受工况噪声影响经验小波变换(EWT)在应用于轴承故障振动信号提取冲击脉冲分量时存在的频带过度划分问题,提出了一种基于能量谱频带合并的改进的EWT方法。实验结果表明,该方法解决了原EWT存在的频带过度划分问题,可以抑制一定程度的工况噪声干扰,准确且较为完整地提取出轴承故障冲击脉冲分量,使故障诊断结果更为准确。
In order to solve the problem of excessive division of frequency bands due to the influence of working condition noise in the application of empirical wavelet transform(EWT)to extracting impact impulse component from vibration signal of bearing fault,an improved EWT method based on energy spectrum band merging was proposed.The experimental results show that the method solves the problem of excessive division of frequency bands of the original EWT,can restrain a certain interference of the working condition noise and extract the impact impulse component of bearing fault accurately and completely,which makes the result of fault diagnosis more accurate.
