摘要
通过研究AZ80A、ZK60A和ME20M镁合金在油润滑条件下的摩擦性能,甄选出抗磨性能优异的镁合金材料并探究镁合金的磨损机理。采用往复式球-盘摩擦方式与GCr15钢球配副,在不同的速度下研究AZ80A、ZK60A和ME20M镁合金在油润滑条件下的磨损行为。
By studying the tribological properties of AZ80A,ZK60A and ME20M magnesium alloys under oil lubrication conditions,magnesium alloy materials with excellent anti-wear properties were selected and the wear mechanism of magnesium alloys was explored.The reciprocating ball-disk friction method was used to match with GCr15 steel balls.The wear behavior of AZ80A,ZK60A and ME20M magnesium alloys under oil lubrication conditions was studied at different speeds.
