摘要
《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的发布为湾区高职院校新工科专业建设提供了有利的契机。文章从粤港澳大湾区新兴产业的发展现状入手,梳理和分析了大湾区内高职院校新工科专业的发展现状,进而提出高等职业院校建设新工科专业的必要性和迫切性。鉴于目前高等职业教育领域新工科专业建设理论和方法的匮乏,结合粤港澳大湾区产业发展需求,提出大湾区高职院校建设新工科专业的指导思想和目标,并提出一些具体的方法、经验和建议,具体包括宏观层面的体制机制建设,微观层面的新工科专业类别的设置,顶层制度的支撑,办学模式的转变,课程体系的重构,教学模式的转变,师资队伍建设和评价方式等。
The release of Development Planning Outline of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area provides a favorable opportunity for the construction of new engineering major in higher vocational colleges in the bay area.Starting from the development status of new industries in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper comprehensively combs and analyzes the development status of new engineering major in vocational colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and then puts forward the necessity and urgency of building new engineering majors in vocational colleges.In view of the lack of theories and methods in the construction of new engineering majors in the field of higher vocational education,according to the personal practice of the author,combined with the needs of industrial development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper gives the guiding ideology and objectives of building new engineering major in vocational colleges of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and puts forward some specific operational methods,experiences and suggestions,including the system and mechanism construction at the macro level,the setting of new engineering major categories at the micro level,the support of the top-level system,the transformation of school running mode,and the curriculum system reconstruction,transformation of teaching mode,construction of teaching staff and evaluation methods,etc.
