摘要
采用溶胶凝胶方法,我们制备了一系列掺杂(Er0.01^3+Yb2.99^3+)(Wx/2Al1-x)8O12纳米粉,并且详细探索了它们的光致发光特性.研究显示,在975 nm激光二极管的泵浦下,有上转换红光和绿光的出现,表明引入W6+离子能够改变(Wx/2Al1-x)2O3纳米粉的发光性能.
Using sol-gel method,a series of(Er0.01^3+Yb2.99^3+)(Wx/2Al1-x)8O12 nanopowders were prepared.And the photon-luminescence characteristics of the materials had been studied in detail.The results show that up-conversion red and green light can be observed at 975 nm,which indicates that the optical property of the materials can be changed by increasing W6+ion concentration.
