上海并网电厂2019年度发电锅炉“四管”泄漏统计及案例分析

摘要 汇总了上海电网2019年度发电锅炉"四管"泄漏统计数据和原因分析,列举发电厂泄漏的典型案例,对历年来发电锅炉"四管"泄漏原因和次数进行比较。同时就上海地区目前发电机组"四管"与重要设备泄漏的现状,如何减少和避免锅炉设备爆泄次数、消除安全隐患、确保锅炉安全运行等方面提出了一些建议。 In this paper,the statistical data of"Four-Tube"leakage of power plant boiler in Shanghai power grid in 2019are summarized;the typical cases of leakage in power plants are enumerated;the leakage rate and reasons of the"Four Tubes"of power generation boilers are compared.In view of the current generating units in Shanghai power grid"four-tube"status and other equipment leaks,some suggestions are proposed as to how to reduce and avoid the boiler equipment venting times,eliminate security risks and ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
