酸性树脂催化合成螺虫乙酯中间体对甲氧基苯酚

Synthesis of p-Methoxyphenol as an Intermediate of Spirotetramat by Acidic Resin

摘要 [目的]对甲氧基苯酚是合成农药螺虫乙酯的重要中间体,旨在找到高效、易操作、易分离、三废低的合成方法。[方法]以对苯二酚为原料,HND-8酸性树脂为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂制备对甲氧基苯酚。对催化剂种类、用量、使用次数,以及反应温度、时间等进行研究。[结果]对苯二酚的转化率为76.43%(HPLC),产物对甲氧基苯酚收率为68.98%(HPLC)。[结论]用酸性树脂催化剂进行反应,使得反应操作简便、易于分离、三废少、可重复使用,为工业化生产提供参考。 [Aims]p-Methoxyphenol is an important intermediate for synthesis of pesticide spirotetramat,this study aims to find a synthetic route with high efficiency,simple operation and separation and low pollution.[Methods]p-Methoxyphenol was synthesized by using hydroquinone as the raw material,HND-8 acid resin as a catalyst and methanol as a solvent.The effect of catalyst type,dosage,life cycle,reaction temperature and time on the reaction yield were studied as well.[Results]The conversion rate of hydroquinone was 76.43%(HPLC),the conversion yield of the product p-methoxyphenol was 68.98%(HPLC).[Conclusions]The acid resin catalyst is suitable for the reaction,and the advantages are simple operation and separation,low pollution and reuse of catalyst.The study provides a reference for industrial production.
