摘要
以滑块实体曲面塑件为研究对象,设计了3种水路布局方案.随形冷却水路可以沿模具形貌分布,采用MoldFlow软件对每种方案进行模拟分析.结果表明,随形冷却水路较传统直冷水路,冷却时间缩短10.56%,型腔温度均匀性提高13.10%,采用随形冷却水道更有利于注射成型过程的平稳运行,使塑件质量得到提升,制造成本降低.随形冷却水路设计能使塑件温度场分布更加均匀、冷却时间缩短,更重要的是减少塑件的翘曲变形.
Three kinds of waterway layout schemes are designed based on the slider solid bending die.The cooling water channel with shape can be distributed along the mold morphology,and each scheme is simulated and analyzed by using MoldFlow software.The results show that the cooling time is shortened by 10.56%and the cavity temperature uniformity is increased by 13.10%compared with the traditional straight cold water path.The design of cooling water channel with shape can make the temperature field distribution of plastic parts more uniform,shorten the cooling time,and more importantly,reduce the warping deformation of plastic parts.
