摘要
腹部血管损伤是腹部损伤最严重的并发症之一,也是导致腹部损伤患者死亡的主要因素。目前MSCTA、MRA、DSA及超声检查等广泛应用于腹部创伤性血管损伤的诊断,每种成像方法都有各自的优缺点,现就各种影像技术在腹部创伤性血管损伤诊断的应用及进展予以综述。
Abdominal vascular injury is one of the most serious complications of abdominal injury,and is also the main factor leading to death of patients with abdominal injury.At present,MSCTA,MRA,DSA and ultrasound are widely used in the diagnosis of abdominal traumatic vascular injury.Each imaging method has its own advantages and disadvantages.This article reviews the application and progress of various imaging techniques in the diagnosis of abdominal traumatic vascular injury.
