摘要 文章针对我国风电建设发展迅速而消纳能力不足的问题,结合我国电力市场发展趋势,以市场角度研究了一种基于多级市场驱动的风电协同消纳策略。在现货市场环境下,充分考虑开市前、日前市场及实时平衡市场具有联动性的特点,针对市场交易时间尺度与风电波动强弱的相关性,设计了风电协同消纳交易出清模型:开市前,提前被动消纳风电无波动段,建立基于等电量顺负荷市场出清模型;日前市场中,激励风电主动参与市场消纳,建立基于风火合作博弈市场出清模型;在实时平衡市场中,风电波动性减弱优化其实时消纳,建立基于单侧挂牌交易市场出清模型;三层模型之间通过日负荷功率曲线以及风电消纳量的变化量进行数据的传递与交易出清结果的控制。通过国内某省电网数据进行仿真,结果表明,所提的风电协同消纳策略有效促进风电消纳的同时,并增加新能源的市场交易优势。 In this paper,a multi-level market-driven coordination strategy is studied,combining the development trend of Chinese spot market.For that purpose,the correlation between market trading time scale and wind power fluctuation should be settled,as well as the linkage and characteristics between pre-market,day-ahead market and real-time market.For the upper level of the model,a market clearing model based on the load-following transform of wind power output is established in the pre-market,to passively absorb the non-fluctuating segments of wind power in advance.Next,on the middle level,a market clearing model based on the wind-fire cooperation game is established in the day-ahead market,encouraging wind power to actively participate in market accommodation.Last,the lower level,of which the real-time accommodation should be strengthen since the weakening of wind power volatility,is embedded with a market clearing model based on unilateral listing transactions in the real-time market.Finally,it confirmed the validity of model by conducting numerical examples.
