摘要
利用有限元分析了圆管梁螺栓固定的可靠性,研究了圆管梁外径D、壁厚s1和过渡支架厚度s2,与圆管梁最大计算应力Smax的关系,并根据各参数的关联性,利用MATALB拟合了理论计算公式。同时,还研究了圆管梁应力分布规律和端部预留长度的影响。最后,根据分析方法解决了试验车中圆管梁固定失效的问题。
The reliability of bolt fixation of circular tube beam is analyzed by finite element method.The relationship between outer diameter D,wall thickness s1,transition support thickness s2 of circular tube beam and maximum calculation stress Smax of circular tube beam is studied.According to the correlation of each parameter,the theoretical calculation formula is fitted by MATALB.At the same time,the stress distribution law and the influence of the reserved length at the end of the circular tube beam are studied.Finally,according to the analysis method,the problem of fixed failure of the circular tube beam in the test vehicle is solved.
