摘要
文章介绍了GJB 5000A二级认证过程中一般组织机构的设置框架,对软件工程过程组的职能和作用进行了重点阐述。针对软件过程改进的目标,对软件工程过程组的职能提出了新的要求。根据文章要点规划软件工程的过程组,并通过一段时间的软件过程改进活动,有效提高整个组织的软件工程水平。
The framework of the general organization in the GJB 5000A secondary certification process is introduced,and the functions and roles of the software engineering process group are highlighted.Aiming at the goal of software process improvement,new requirements are put forward for the function of software engineering process group.The process group of software engineering is planned according to the key points,and the level of the whole organization software process is effectively improved through a period of software process improvement activities.
