摘要
目的分析比较高血压应用卡维地洛与比索洛尔治疗的效果及对患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法于该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的原发性高血压患者中选取100例,分为两组,对照组给予比索洛尔治疗,研究组应用卡维地洛治疗,比较两组疗效及糖脂代谢情况。结果研究组治疗后收缩压为(122.1±6.5)mmHg、舒张压为(81.2±3.5)mmHg,与对照组的(134.8±7.9)mmHg和(87.8±3.9)mmHg比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.344,7.451,P<0.05),研究组治疗后的Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C以及HDL-C水平与对照组比较,均差异有统计学意义(t=3.622,5.017,4.102,4.376,3.282,P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率为94.0%,对照组有效率为78.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗高血压的效果显著,更有助于患者的糖脂代谢改善。
Objective To analyze and compare the effect of carvedilol and bisoprolol on hypertension and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with hypertension. Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with bisoprolol and the study group was treated with carvedilol. Curative effect and glucose and lipid metabolism were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure in the study group was(122.1±6.5) mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure was(81.2±3.5) mmHg. Compared with(134.8±7.9) mmHg and(87.8±3.9) mm Hg in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=7.344, 7.451, P<0.05). The levels of Glu, TC, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C in the study group after treatment were significantly different from those in the control group(t=3.622, 5.017, 4.102, 4.376, 3.282, P<0.05). The treatment effective rate was 94.0% in the study group and 78.0% in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the groups(χ^2=5.316, P <0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol has a significant effect on hypertension, which is more conducive to the improvement of patients’ glucose and lipid metabolism.
