摘要
目的分析在儿科重症监护室护理工作中实施程序化管理的价值。方法该院儿科重症监护室在2019年1月开始实施程序化管理(研究组),与2019年1月前实施的常规管理(参照组)进行对比分析,两组各自选择55例儿科重症监护室患儿作为观察对象,对比两组的管理效果。结果研究组儿科重症监护室患儿管理后的管理质量评分、患者家属满意度评分、护理人员综合护理技能评分、管理安全事件发生率及管理有效性明显优于参照组儿科重症监护室患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科重症监护室的护理工作中实施程序化管理的效果较为显著,促进儿科重症监护室管理有效性的提高。
Objective To analyze the value of program management in nursing work in pediatric intensive care unit.Methods The pediatric intensive care unit of our hospital started to implement programmatic management(research group)in January 2019,and compared with the conventional management(reference group)implemented before January 2019.Each group selected 55 pediatric intensive care in the ICU were used as observation objects,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality scores of the children in the pediatric intensive care unit in the study group were significantly better than those in the pediatric intensive care unit in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of program management in the nursing work of pediatric intensive care unit is significant,and it promotes the improvement of the effectiveness of pediatric intensive care unit management.
