摘要 高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS)首次应用于我国南海深水项目荔湾3-1气田开发项目以及番禺34-1气田开发项目。主要用于燃气管道压力过高时,相关阀门在2 s内快速由开启状态转换为关闭状态,以保护管道安全。以番禺34-1气田项目为依托,以厂家资料、调试程序、设备出厂测试报告(FAT)为参考及依据,开展HIPPS系统调试工作,并从调试过程中归纳调试流程和系统、设备维护的方法,便于后续项目参考和借鉴。 The highly integrated pressure protection system(HIPPS)was first applied to the Liwan 3-1 gas field development project in the South China Sea and the Panyu 34-1 gas field development project.The relevant valves will be shut down in 2 s when the gas pressure of pipeline is too high.It is mainly used to protect the safety of the pipeline.Based on the Panyu 34-1 gas field project and the manufacturer′s data,commissioning procedures and equipment factory test report(FAT),the commissioning work of HIPPS system was carried out,and the commissioning process,system and equipment maintenance methods were summarized from the commissioning process,so as to facilitate the reference of subsequent projects.
