摘要
目的 分析近10年血液透析中护理管理研究的文献,了解该领域的研究现状和热点.方法 搜索web of science核心数据库,2010年至今的血液透析护理管理相关文献,并利用NoteExpress、文献计量在线分析平台和VOSviewer等工具进行删重并分析文献的时间和地区分布、机构和期刊分布、作者被引情况以及高频共现关键词聚类分析.结果 纳入文献135篇,整体呈波动上升趋势,年均发文量约14篇.发文量最多的是美国,发文51篇,占37.78%.文献来自315个机构,主要是高等院校.文献共发表在72种期刊上,刊文量最多的是Nephrology Nursing Journal,17篇.高频共现关键词主要围绕血液透析患者疾病风险因素护理管理和心理护理干预及青少年患者护理.结论 血液透析患者护理面临了生理和心理双重管理问题,研究文献整体发文量不高,需要加强科研力度以推进临床护理水平的提高.
Objective To analyze the literature of nursing management research in hemodialysis in recent 10 years,and to understand the current research situation and hot spots in this field.Methods We searched the core database of web of science and the relevant literature of hemodialysis nursing management from 2010 to now,and used tools such as NoteExpress bibliometrix online analysis platform and VOSviewer to delete repetition and analyze the time and region distribution,institution and journal distribution,author citation and high-frequency co-occurrence keyword clustering analysis.Results 135 references were included,showing an overall trend of fluctuation and rising,with an average annual publication of about 14 articles.The United States has the largest number of published articles,with 51 articles,accounting for 37.78%.he literature came from 315 institutions,mainly institutions of higher learning.They had been published in 72 journals,of which Nephrology Nursing Journal was the most popular with 17 articles.The key words of high-frequency co-occurrence mainly focused on the nursing management of disease risk factors of hemodialysis patients,psychological nursing intervention and adolescent patient care.Conclusion The nursing of hemodialysis patients is faced with the dual management problems of physiology and psychology,and the overall volume of research literature is not high,so it is necessary to strengthen scientific research efforts to promote the improvement of clinical nursing level.
