摘要
在地铁屏蔽门设计过程中会遇到一些特殊的土建状况,如站台为曲线站台和变形缝位于屏蔽门安装区域。为解决这两种典型的土建情况,介绍了曲线站台根据曲率大小分情况对屏蔽门的布置及非标设计,探讨了变形缝分别位于固定门处、应急门处以及滑动门处的解决方案,并对实现该设计的活动结构加以详细说明。目前这两种情况的解决方法都成功地运用到地铁建设项目上,解决了实际问题,验证了方法的可行性。
In the design process of subway screen doors, some special civil construction conditions will be encountered, such as the platform is a curved platform and the deformation joint is located in the screen door installation area. In order to solve these two typical civil construction situations, the layout and non-standard design of the screen door according to the curvature of the curved platform were introduced, and the solutions of the deformation joints at the fixed door, emergency door and sliding door were discussed. And detailed description of the activity structure to achieve the design. At present, the solutions of these two situations have been successfully applied to subway construction projects, which have solved practical problems and verified the feasibility of the method.
