摘要
将更加先进的控制技术应用到现有的矿用通风机控制系统中,已成为当下提升通风机运行效率及作业安全的重要改进方向。以控制系统结构组成分析为基础,开展了控制系统中硬件系统、软件系统的设计研究,并进行了应用测试。测试结果表明,该控制系统各项功能更加齐全、运行更加稳定可靠,通风机的运行效率提高了约35%,能更好地满足矿用通风机的控制需求。对提高通风机的运行效率及作业安全具有重要意义,也为后期开展通风机控制系统性能的提升研究提供了参考。
Applying more advanced control technology to the existing mine ventilator control system has become an important direction for improving the efficiency and safety of ventilator operation. Based on the analysis of the structure of the control system, the design of hardware system and software system in the control system was studied, and the application test was carried out. The test results show that the control system has more complete functions, more stable and reliable operation, which improves the efficiency of the ventilator by about 35%, and better meets the control requirements of the mine ventilator. This research is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency and safety of ventilators, and also provides a reference for the later research on the improvement of the performance of ventilator control system.
