摘要 我国起重机行业一直以来面临着能耗效率低的局面,如何降低电动机的电能损耗,实现节电、高效运行,已经成为起重机行业普遍关注的问题。提出了一种变频能量回馈装置在桥式起重机上的节能应用方法。相比较于变频节能改造,变频能量回馈装置同样具有启动电流小、低速定位准确、运行平稳、控制操作简便等优点,并且能将起重机一定重物下降过程中的势能转变为电能回馈电网,从而进一步节约能量,具有转化效率高等特点。 China′s crane industry has been facing low energy efficiency, how to reduce the electric power loss of the motor, to achieve power saving and efficient operation, has become a common concern in the crane industry. A kind of energy saving application of frequency conversion energy feedback device in bridge crane was put forward. Compared with the energy-saving transformation of frequency conversion, the frequency conversion energy feedback device also has the advantages of small starting current, accurate low-speed positioning, stable operation and simple control operation. In addition, the potential energy in the process of lowering a certain weight of the crane can be converted into electric energy and fed back to the power grid, so as to further save energy and have the characteristics of high conversion efficiency.
