摘要
马克思主义区域发展目标是尽可能缩小区域发展差距,实现区域协调发展。总体生产力的发展是实现区域协调发展的基础,在生产力合理布局基础上促进生产力平衡布局,构成了马克思主义区域协调发展思想的核心。社会主义制度为总体生产力发展与区域协调发展的辩证统一提供了根本保障。新中国成立以来,在区域发展指导思想上逐步形成了改革开放前的区域均衡发展战略,改革开放后一段时期的区域非均衡发展战略、促进地区协调发展的西部大开发战略和统筹区域发展观,以及新时代区域协调发展战略,这些都是结合中国实际在不同发展形势下对马克思主义区域协调发展思想的深化与发展。新时代区域协调发展战略为中国历史性实现区域协调发展和马克思主义区域发展目标提供了根本保障。
The goal of the Marxist regional development is to narrow the regional development gap as small as possible and achieve coordinated regional development.The development of overall productive forces is the basis for achieving coordinated regional development.Promoting a balanced distribution of productive forces based on the rational distribution of productive forces constitutes the core of Marxist regional coordinated development thinking.The socialist system provides a fundamental guarantee for the dialectical unification of overall productivity development and regional coordinated development.Since the founding of New China,in terms of the guiding ideology of regional development,strategies in different periods have gradually taken shape.Including the regional balanced development strategy before reform and opening up,the regional unbalanced development strategy in the period after reform and opening up,the western development strategy and the coordinated regional development concept that promote regional coordinated development,and the regional coordinated development strategy in the new era.These are the deepening and development of Marxist regional coordinated development thinking under different development situations in combination with Chinese practice.The strategy of regional coordinated development in the new era provides a fundamental guarantee for China’s historic realization of regional coordinated development and Marxist regional development goals.
