摘要
目的:分析急诊床旁超声检查在多发伤评估及救治中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治多发伤患者196例,依照实际病情提供急诊床旁超声检查,记录急诊床旁超声检查所需时间及检查结果。结果:196例患者,接受急诊床旁超声检查所需时间平均为(4.42±2.53)h;超声检查敏感性为80.07%,特异性为94.64%,准确性为89.16%。结论:临床中对于多发伤患者,为其提供急诊床旁超声检查的耗时更短,操作方法简单,检查准确性比较高,能够直观显示患者身体情况。
Objective:To explore the application effect of emergency bedside ultrasound in assessment and treatment of multiple injuries.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,196 patients with multiple injuries were selected to provide emergency bedside ultrasound examination according to the actual condition,we recorded the time and results of emergency bedside ultrasound.Results:In 196 patients,the average time of emergency bedside ultrasound was(4.42 ± 2.53) hours.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography were 80.07%,94.64% and 89.16% respectively.Conclusion:In clinic,for patients with multiple injuries,the time of emergency bedside ultrasound examination is shorter,the operation method is simple,the accuracy of examination is relatively high,it can directly display the physical condition of patients.
