摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺微小癌行双侧甲状腺全切加中央区清扫中应用纳米炭注射剂的临床效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年1月收治甲状腺微小癌患者100例,分为两组,各50例。对照组行双侧甲状腺全切加中央区清扫术治疗;研究组则在术中给予纳米炭注射剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术后淋巴结清扫情况优于对照组,术后低血钙发生率低于对照组,术后血甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及血钙水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纳米炭注射剂在甲状腺微小癌行双侧甲状腺全切加中央区清扫中应用,可以提高淋巴结清扫情况,减少术后低血钙发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nano carbon injection in total bilateral thyroidectomy and central area cleaning for thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods:From March 2017 to January 2019,100 patients with thyroid microcarcinoma were selected,and they were divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with bilateral total thyroidectomy and central area cleaning.The study group was treated with nano carbon injection during operation.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the postoperative lymphadenectomy was better than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative hypocalcemia was lower than that of the control group,the PTH and calcium were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nano carbon injection in total bilateral thyroidectomy and central area cleaning for thyroid microcarcinoma can improve lymph node dissection and reduce the incidence of postoperative hypocalcemia.
