摘要
教学艺术曾经是一线教师很有热情思考和探索的领域,但目前在教师意识中自然被推挤到了边缘,教学艺术研究也因此而逐渐消退。在新的时代背景下,我们应该重新审视“教学艺术”问题,立足于教育的立场,采取实践的取向,从行为学的意义上思索教学艺术的载体,并进一步把握教学艺术的思想精髓。经过重新审视可以发现:教学艺术的行为载体为教学设计、教学表达、教学组织和教学应对;教学艺术的思想精髓是融汇在教学过程中的表现与对话。
The teaching art used to be the lield of enthusiastic thinking and exploration by front-line teachers,but now it has been pushed to the edge of teachers’consciousness naturally,and the research on teaching art has gradually weakened.In the new era,we should re-examine the issue of"teaching art",take the stand of education,adopt the orientation of practice,consider the carrier of teaching art lrom the sense of behavior,and further grasp the ideological essence of teaching art.Alter re-examination,it can be found that the behavioral carriers of teaching art are teaching design,teaching expression,teaching organization and teaching response.The essence of teaching art is the integration ol performance and dialogue in the teaching process.
