摘要
为了实现转向系统的转向比随车速变化始终处于理想状态,满足汽车行驶在低速时的操纵灵活性和高速时的操纵稳定性的需求,提出一种主动式可变转向系统。通过换挡减速箱和传动变速箱机构协同控制来保障汽车的期望横摆角速度增益始终处于稳定范围。该系统不仅能够实现转向传动比与车速变化的协调,还能减少驾驶员对汽车转向特性变化的补偿修正。该系统可以极大地提高汽车转向操控性能的舒适性和精确性。
In order to realize that the steering ratio of the steering system is always in an ideal state with the change of the vehicle speed,and to meet the requirements of the vehicle’s handling flexibility at low speed and handling stability at high speed,an active variable steering system is proposed.The expected yaw rate gain of the vehicle is always in a stable range through cooperative control of the gearshift gearbox and the transmission gearbox mechanism.The system can not only coordinate the change of steering gear ratio and vehicle speed,but also reduce the driver’s compensation and correction for the change of vehicle steering characteristics.The system can greatly improve the comfort and accuracy of the steering performance of the car.
