摘要
以郑州岐伯山医院工程建设管理为例,从进度、质量、安全以及成本等角度对突发公共卫生事件下应急工程项目管理的难点进行了分析,并提出相应对策予以解决,为突发公共卫生事件应急工程的建设管理提供科学参考。
Taking the project construction management of Zhengzhou qibo mountain hospital as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties of emergency engineering project management under public health emergencies from the perspectives of schedule,quality,safety and cost,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve them,providing scientific reference for the construction management of public health emergency projects.
