摘要
隔离型PFC可在一级变换中实现AC-DC变换和电气隔离,具有电路简单、成本低的优点,且有望实现高效率和高功率密度。研究了一种基于LLC的软开关型隔离型PFC,提出了一种参数设计方法,在参数设计满足一定条件时,LLC电路在整个工频周期中的增益都能满足PFC的需求。据此,提出了一种具有前馈的双环控制方法。搭建了一台6.6kW的试验样机,在全范围实现了软开关,谐波失真小,峰值效率可达96.0%以上。
Isolated PFC converter can achieve AC-DC conversion and galvanic isolation with one stage.It has the advantages of simple circuit and low cost,and has potential to achieve high efficiency and high power density.A soft switching type isolated PFC based on LLC was studied.A parameter design method was proposed.When the parameter design met certain conditions,the gain of the LLC circuit in the entire power frequency cycle could meet the requirements of the PFC.According to this,a dual-loop control method with feedforward was proposed.A 6.6 kW test prototype was built to achieve soft switching in the full range,which had low harmonic distortion and peak efficiency of over 96.0%.
