摘要
钙钛矿材料作为当前太阳电池领域的研究热点之一,在过去的十年间经历了飞速发展。由于具有带隙连续可调、轻质、柔性、制备工艺简单、设备成本低等诸多优点,其在许多领域均有着广阔的应用前景。系统总结了钙钛矿材料的主要特性、最新研究进展及相关的产业化进展情况,并对其具体应用前景、潜在应用市场进行了展望。
Perovskite material,as one of the research hot spots in the field of solar cell,has experienced rapid development in the past decade.Due to its advantages of continuous adjustable band gap,light weight,flexibility,simple preparation process and low equipment cost,it has broad application prospects in many fields.In this paper,the main characteristics of perovskite,the latest research progress and the related industrialization progress are summarized systematically,and its specific application prospect and potential application market are prospected.
