摘要 航空蓄电池是运输类飞机必须安装的机载设备,其适航性对保证飞机应急供电安全意义重大。研究了航空镉镍蓄电池持续适航标准,在此基础上开发了蓄电池性能检测平台。依据持续适航标准,分别对型号为40176-7的Saft电池和型号为CA-727-20的Marathon电池开展检测实验。结果表明:Saft电池容量为额定容量的100%;泄气阀开启压力在27.6~41.4 kPa之间;温度传感器工作正常,符合持续适航标准;Marathon电池容量及泄气阀均未通过检测,需开展适航维修。 Aviation battery is the airborne equipment that transport aircraft must install.Its airworthiness is of great significance to ensure the safety of aircraft emergency power supply.The continuous airworthiness standards of aviation Ni-Cd battery were studied,and a battery performance testing platform was developed.According to the continuous airworthiness standards,the Saft battery 40176-7 and the Marathon battery CA-727-20 were tested.The results show that the capacity of Saft battery was 100%of the rated capacity.The opening pressure of the vent valves were between 27.6 and 41.4 kPa.The temperature sensors work normally,so the battery meets the continued airworthiness standards.The capacity of Marathon battery and the vent valves had not passed the test and need airworthiness maintenance.
