摘要
以我国绿色大学建设为研究对象,从政府、社会、高校三个层面出发,运用问卷调查和专家咨询的方法得出了影响绿色大学建设成效的17个因素及其关系结构,并通过ISM模型分析法将绿色大学建设影响因素体系构建成1个多级递阶结构模型。在ISM模型的基础上,将绿色大学建设影响因素分为表层直接影响因素、中间层间接影响因素和深层根本影响因素三个层级,根据其层级不同,进行研究分析,得出相应的发展对策。研究结果表明:模型建立结果符合绿色大学建设的实际情况,可以有效地表达各因素之间的相互关系,揭示了政府层面是影响绿色大学建设效果的深层根本原因,所建立的分析评价模型可为政府等部门创建绿色大学提供指导与借鉴。
Taking the construction of Green University in China as the research object and from the three levels of government, society and universities, this paper used the method of questionnaire and expert consultation to summarize 17 factors and their relationship structure that affect the effect of Green University construction And constructed a multi-level structural model on the influencing factors of the of Green University construction based on ISM model analysis.. On the basis of ISM model, the influencing factors of Green University construction are divided into three levels: surface-level direct influencing factors, middle-level indirect influencing factors and deep-level fundamental influencing factors. This paper researches and analyses them according to the different levels, and also puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. The results show that: the results of the model are in line with the actual situation of Green University construction, effectively express the interaction between various factors, and reveal that the government is the deep-seated fundamental reason that affects the Green University construction. The analysis and evaluation model can provide guidance and reference for the government and other departments to establish Green University.
