摘要
随着高等教育的发展,越来越多的高学历者进入高校教师行列,在各个方面取得成绩支撑学校发展。与此同时,青年教师比例大幅提升,他们已渐渐成长为高校教师队伍的主力军。本文对高校化学化工类课程青年教师面临的压力、需具备的能力以及提升的途径进行了探讨。
With the development of higher education, more and more highly educated people join the ranks of university teachers, and make achievements in all aspects to support the colleges and universities. At the same time, the proportion of young teachers has increased significantly, and they have gradually grown into the main force of the teaching staff. Focusing on young teachers of chemistry and chemical engineering, this article discusses the pressures they face, the abilities they should have, and the ways to improve the competitiveness in colleges and universities.
