摘要
化学需氧量(COD)是一个常见并且非常重要的水质分析项目,它反映了水体受还原性物质污染的程度。本文选取常用的重铬酸盐法和快速消解分光光度法测定不同浓度化学需氧量的水样,结果显示两种方法检测结果都符合准确度与精密度检验要求,重铬酸盐法操作程序较为复杂,当样品量大时,耗时长且效率低;快速消解分光光度法分析时间短、试剂用量少、安全系数高、方便快捷。
Chemical oxygen demand(COD) is a common and very important water quality analysis project, which reflects the degree of water pollution by reducing substances. In this paper, the common dichromate method and rapid digestion spectrophotometry are selected to determine the water samples with different concentrations of COD. The results show that the results of the two methods meet the requirements of accuracy and precision test. The operation procedure of dichromate method is complex. When the sample quantity is large, the time-consuming and efficiency are long;the analysis time of rapid digestion spectrophotometry is short, the amount of reagent is small, and the analysis is safe High coefficient, convenient and fast.
