摘要
介绍了8#差分压接件的装配工艺,归纳了8#差分压接件的失效模式。对如何提高8#差分压接件装联可靠性进行了探讨。通过优化工艺、制作专用工装和结构改进等措施,提高了8#差分压接件的装配质量。
This paper introduces the assembly process of 8#differential pressure joint and summarizes the failure modes of 8#differential pressure joint.How to improve the assembly reliability of 8#differential pressure joint is dis⁃cussed.The assembly quality of 8#differential pressure joint is improved by optimizing the process,making special tooling and improving the structure.
