摘要
采用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法,对贵州民俗体育特色资源传承现状、民俗体育特色资源活态传承的影响因素进行分析。结果显示:贵州民俗体育特色资源活态传承中存在法律法规不健全,缺乏实施细则,地方法规的缺失及执行力度不够,活态传承后继乏人及传承方式单一等问题。其主要的影响因素包括相关法律文件缺失、保护体系不完善、融资能力有限、品牌效应不强及生存环境不断恶化。针对贵州民俗体育特色资源传承过程中存在问题提出相应的策略。
The research methods of literature data,field visits and interviews were used to analyze the status quo of the heritage of folk sports characteristic resources in Guizhou and the influential factors of the live transmission of folk sports characteristics resources.The results show that there are problems such as incomplete laws and regulations,lack of detailed implementation rules,lack of local laws and regulations,weak implementation of local laws and regulations,and lack of successors and single methods of inheritance.Its main influencing factors include the lack of relevant legal documents,inadequate protection systems,limited financing capabilities,weak brand effects,and continuous deterioration of the living environment.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of inheriting the characteristic resources of folk sports in Guizhou,corresponding strategies are proposed.
