摘要
通过对城轨用CG10车轮轮辋径向组织、性能分析发现,随着距车轮轮辋踏面下深度的增加,珠光体含量略有降低,珠光体片层间距明显增大,其相应位置的硬度、冲击、拉伸等力学性能也相应降低。
The article observes the structure and tests the performance of different depth(from 15mm to 40mm)for CG10 new material urban rail wheel rims and founds that the pearlite content decreases slightly and the pearlite interlamellar spacing enlarges obviously along with the increase of the depth from the wheel rim tread,which causes its mechanical properties such as wheel hardness,impact and tension and so on reducing gradually.
