摘要
目的:探究中厚皮片在慢性创面修复中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年1月-2019年10月在笔者医院行慢性创面修复的患者45例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=23)和观察组(n=22),对照组给予刃厚皮片移植修复,观察组给予中厚皮片移植修复。比较两组手术疗效、皮片成活时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间、温哥华瘢痕评分及术后1d、术后5d视疼痛评分、并发症发生率等情况。结果:两组手术总有效率均高于90.00%,且两组手术总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组皮片成活时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组色泽、血管分布、厚度、柔软评分均低于对照组,术后5d的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用中厚皮片对慢性创面进行修复,皮片存活率较高,瘢痕程度较轻。
Objective To explore the application value of medium-thickness skin grafts in chronic wound repair.Methods Forty-five patients who underwent chronic wound repair in the hospital during the period from January 2013 to October 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group(n=23)and the observation group(n=22)by random number table method.The control group was given razor-thin skin grafts repair,while the observation group was given medium-thickness skin grafts repair.The operation efficacy,skin graft healing time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,vancouver scar scale(VSS),visual pain score at 1d and 5d after operation,incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rates of surgery in both groups were higher than 90.00%,and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in skin grafts healing time,wound healing time and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of color,vascular distribution,thickness and softness in observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the VAS score of 5 days after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The survival rate of skin grafts is high with the application of medium-thickness skin grafts in chronic wound repair,which can alleviate scar degree.
