摘要
目的:观察舒敏保湿特护霜联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选择56例女性面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组:给予口服抗组胺药物氯雷他定,面部红光照射治疗,外用0.03%他克莫司软膏,联合外用舒敏保湿特护霜;对照组:给予口服抗组胺药物氯雷他定,面部红光照射治疗及外用0.03%他克莫司软膏。观察两组治疗效果,皮肤生理功能指标及复发情况。结果:治疗组治疗30d后有效率为71.4%,高于对照组的42.8%,差异具有统计学意义。治疗组治疗15d后皮肤含水量(26.45±1.82)%,透皮失水量(21.04±2.0)g/(cm2·h)以及皮脂含量(93.06±1.94)μg/cm2,较对照组明显改善;治疗组治疗30d后皮肤含水量(28.60±1.55)%,透皮失水量(18.58±1.87)g/(cm2·h)以及皮脂含量(95.44±1.98)μg/cm2较对照组明显改善。随访中治疗组复发率低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。结论:舒敏保湿特护霜联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效明显,有助于皮肤屏障功能恢复,并且有助于防止复发。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sensitivity easing cream combination 0.03%tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 56 female patients with facial glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis were recruited and divided into two groups randomly in our study.Patients in the study group received oral treatment with topical sensitivity easing cream,topical treatment with 0.03%tacrolimas,anti-histamine drug clarityne,and physical treatment with red light,while Patients in the control group received oral treatment with anti-histamine drug clarityne,topical treatment with 0.03%tacrolimas,and physical treatment with red light.Results After 30-day treatment,the effective rate was 71.4%in the treatment group,higher than that in the control group(42.8%),the differences were statistically significant.After 15-day treatment in the treatment group,water content(26.45±1.82)%,transepidermal waterloss(21.04±2.02)g/(cm2•h)and oil content(93.06±1.94)μg/cm2 were significantly different with those in the control group.After 30-day treatment in the treatment group,water content(28.60±1.55)%,transepidermal waterloss(18.58±1.87)g/(cm2•h)and oil content(95.44±1.98)μg/cm2 were significantly different with those in the control group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Sensitivity easing cream combination tacrolimus ointment was effective for the treatment of facial glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis,helping to rebuild the skin barrier and to prevent recurrence.
