摘要
生产型虚拟企业一般以项目为中心,凭借互联网在全球范围内寻找合作伙伴并通过其优势资源的快速结合实现整体利益最大化的目的。选择合作伙伴应考虑的要素及重要程度是必须率先考虑且是决定其目的实现程度的关键问题。研究得出哪些因素是必须考量要素并按重要程度排序,同时提出实践应用的思维逻辑,以期为生产型虚拟企业快速形成提供参考。
Generally,production-oriented virtual enterprises with projects as the center,find partners around the world by the Internet and achieve the purpose of maximizing the overall interests through the rapid combination of the advantageous resources.The factors that should be considered in selecting partners and their important degree are the key issues to be considered first and they determine the degree of realization of their goals.This paper studies the factors that must be considered and they are ranked according to their importance,and puts forward the logic thinking of practical application,hoping to provide references for the rapid formation of production-oriented virtual enterprises.
