摘要
采用3种堆肥化处理方式对重阳木废弃枝叶进行了促进分解试验。结果表明:废弃枝叶堆肥中的真菌类群数量随分解时间的延长而呈增加趋势;共分离出13个真菌类群,其中共头霉属(Syncephalastrum)、小克银汉霉属(Cunninghamella)、刺座霉属(Volutella)、黑灰球菌属(Bovista)、和树粉孢属(Oidiodendron)为优势真菌类群;在枝叶堆肥化分解前期(0~120 d)堆料的pH值增高(pH值6.92~8.50),随后呈上下波动态势;碳酸氢铵和尿素处理的堆体温度在7~14 d处在46~50℃,略高于水处理的堆体温度(40.5~49.0℃);堆肥过程中堆料湿度保持在48%~73%;堆料全氮、全磷、全钾含量的变化在3个处理间不存在显著性差异;3种堆肥处理的发芽指数(GI)均达到90%,说明堆料已达到完全腐熟程度。
Three composting treatment methods were used to promote the decomposition of waste branches and leaves of Bischofia polycarpa.The results showed that the number of individual fungi increased with the decomposition time.Thirteen fungal genera were isolated and identified from samples of waste branch leaves during decomposing test,among which Syncephalastrum,Cunninghamella,Volutella,Bovista and Oidiodendron were the dominant fungal genera.At the early stage of composting and decomposition of branches and leaves(0~120 d),the pH value increased(pH value 6.92~8.50),and then it fluctuated up and down.The reactor temperature of ammonium bicarbonate and urea treatment was between 46℃and 50℃during 7~14 d,slightly higher than that of water treatment(40.5~49℃).In the process of composting,the moisture of the piles was kept 48%~73%.There was no significant difference in the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in the waste branches and leaves composting of B.polycarpa.The germination index(GI)of the three compost treatments all reached 90%,and the compost had been completely decomposed.
