摘要
城区级公共文化服务云平台建设能够促进公共文化资源整合,创新公共文化服务方式,满足人民群众多样化文化需求,提高公共文化服务效能。以“柳南文化云”为例,介绍了平台建设总体思路、平台优势与特色资源、宣传推广方式等,结合实际运营及服务情况,指出存在的问题和不足,对如何可持续运营进行了思考。
The construction of urban public cultural service cloud platform can promote the integration of public cultural resources,innovate the public cultural service mode,meet the people's diverse cultural needs,and improve the efficiency of public cultural service.Taking"Liu Nan Culture cloud"as an example,this paper introduces the general idea of platform construction,advantages and characteristic resources of the platform,publicity and promotion methods,etc.Combined with the actual operation and service situation,points out the existing problems and deficiencies,and gives some thoughts on how to maintain the operation.
