摘要
山地路网建设是山地城镇与乡村快速发展的保障。山地道路桥隧占比高,对地形改造多,自然条件差,给山地路网增加了诸多风险。突发事件或自然灾害对山地小城市路网影响较大,会降低路网通行能力,甚至阻断通行。研究山地小城市路网脆弱点,提前加固,可提高路网抗干扰能力,保障城市交通安全、顺畅运行。
The mountainous road network construction is the guarantee for the mountainous towns and villages to accelerate the development.Mountainous roads have high bridge-to-tunnel ratios,many terrain modifications and poor natural conditions,adding many risks to the construction of mountainous road network.Emergencies or natural disasters have a greater impact on the road network of small mountainous cities,which will reduce the road network’s capacity and even block it.By studying the vulnerabilities of the road network in small mountainous cities and strengthening them in advance,the reinforcement measures can improve the anti-interference ability of the road network and ensure the safe and smooth operation of urban traffic.
