摘要
提出一种带主副光源转化的LED大功率信号灯光源设计方案,并对设计的光源进行测试,该光源除具有传统LED灯源使用寿命长、亮度高、省电等优点外,最大的优势是在主灯工作异常情况下,会自动切换到副灯点亮模式,不影响信号灯的正常使用.当副灯使用损坏到一定数量后,触发报警.后台接收到报警信号后,作业人员对整体灯盘进行更换,且拆卸方便,大大降低了维护成本,延长维护周期.该产品已经在线路使用,反响良好.
This paper proposes a design scheme of LED high-power signal light source with main and auxiliary light source conversion.In addition to the advantages of long life,high brightness and saving point of traditional LED light source,the biggest advantage is that under the abnormal working condition of main lamp,this light source can automatically switch to the sub-lighting mode,which does not affect the normal use of signal lamp.When the sub-lamp is damaged to a certain amount,the alarm is triggered.After receiving the alarm signal in the background,the operator replaces the whole lamp panel,and the disassembly is convenient,which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and extends the maintenance cycle.The product has already been used on the line,and the response is good.
