摘要
欧盟是我国食品接触材料及制品出口的重要市场,也是对我国该类产品发出不合格质量安全通报最多的地区。本文介绍了欧盟食品接触材料及制品的监管框架和质量通报机制,针对2016年至2019年欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统(RASFF)中与我国相关的通报数据,从产品不合格原因、通报成员国等方面进行分析,并对我国食品接触材料及制品出口企业提出相关应对建议。
European Union is an important market of food contact materials and articles for China,which is also the region that issues the most notices for such products from China.In this paper,the regulatory framework and quality reporting mechanism of EU is introduced.The data of alerts for food contact materials and articles exported from China to EU from 2016 to 2019 in rapid alert system(RASFF)is analyzed with the product unqualified reasons and informing nation members.Finally,some proposals are presented for the exporters in China.
