深水大厚度换填砂加固地基在重力式码头中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在粘土、粉土等软土地基上建造重力式码头,必须进行可靠的地基加固处理,费用一般较高,故相应的工程实例比较少。文章以西非某泻湖内港口扩建项目为例,提出采取深水开挖深槽换填中粗砂并振冲加固地基可满足建造大型沉箱重力式码头需求。实践中总结出深水开挖超深换填砂基槽及其防淤控淤技术,深水回填砂技术及前后砂样变化特性、深水振冲砂技术及效果特征、最佳振冲参数、码头沉降特性等。 To construct gravity docks on soft soil foundations such as clay and silt,reliable foundation reinforcement must be carried out.And the cost is generally high,so the corresponding engineering examples are quite few.This paper takes the port expansion project in a lagoon in West Africa as an example.It is proposed that deep water excavation and deep trench replacement of medium coarse sand and vibroflotation to reinforce the foundation can meet the need of building large caisson gravity docks.The practice summarizes the deep-water excavation of ultra-deep sand-filled foundation trenches and its anti-silting and silting control technology,deep-water backfill sand technology and the characteristics of sand sample changes before and after,deep-water vibratory sand blasting technology and effect characteristics,optimal vibration and erosion parameters,wharf settlement Features,etc.
