摘要
目的研究益气解毒中药复方对2 Gy^60Coγ射线致小鼠急性辐射损伤的整体防护效应。方法将30只雄性Bal b/c小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和中药组,空白组和模型组灌胃去离子水,中药组灌胃中药复方药液,各组给水/药10 d后,用2 Gy^60Coγ射线对模型组及中药组小鼠进行一次性全身照射,于照射后第3天进行各指标检测。检测指标包括小鼠体质量、摄食量、粪便量,外周血白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LYMP)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板计数(PLT)及血红蛋白浓度(HGB)水平,脾脏及睾丸指数,小肠、脾脏、睾丸病理切片情况。结果与空白组比较,照射后1 d,模型组及中药组小鼠体质量、摄食量和粪便量均显著降低;照射后2 d,模型组及中药组小鼠体质量和摄食量开始缓慢回升,模型组粪便量恢复至正常水平,中药组小鼠粪便量及摄食量恢复至正常水平;照射后3 d,模型组小鼠摄食量恢复至正常水平,外周血WBC、LYMP、RBC、HGB、PLT水平显著降低,脾脏指数下降,睾丸指数未见明显变化,小肠、脾脏、睾丸出现不同程度病理损伤,而中药组血小板计数未见显著下降。与模型组比较,照射后2 d,中药组摄食量显著回升;照射后3 d,中药组WBC、LYMP、脾脏指数下降程度减轻,小肠、脾脏、睾丸病理改变较轻。结论益气解毒中药复方对2 Gy^60Coγ射线致小鼠急性辐射损伤的防护有一定疗效。
Objective To study the protect effect of a prescription of Chinese medicine which tonifies qi and removes toxicity on acute radiation injury in mice.Methods 30 Bal b/c mice were randomly divided into three groups:blank control group(Ctrl),irradiation group(IR)and Chinese medicine group(IRC).Mice of Ctrl and IR groups were given deionized water by gavage once daily,while the others were administrated with the Chinese medicine.After 10 days pretreatment,mice in IR and IRC groups were followed by whole-body exposure to 2 Gy^60Coγray.On the 3rd day of exposure,the mice were sacrificed respectively.The body weight,food intake and feces weight were measured daily after exposure,while the whole blood cell,index of spleen and testis,pathological section of intestine,spleen and testis for each group were measured on the 3rd day of exposure.Results The food intake and feces weight decreased significantly on 1st day of exposure,while Chinese medicine promoted the recovery of food intake on 2nd day of exposure when compared to IR group.At day 3 after irradiation,the amounts of whole blood cells in IR group decreased obviously while Chinese medicine increased the amounts of WBC,LYMP clearly.Moreover,the spleen atrophied significantly on 3rd day of exposure.The Chinese medicine promoted the recovery of both spleen index and structure.In addition,the pathological section showed that Chinese medicine also had protective effects on the structure of intestine and testis in mice.Conclusion The results showed that the prescription of Chinese medicine protected the mice from acute radiation injury.
