摘要
随着教学改革的发展,为了帮助学生在课堂上获取更多的支持,提高学习能力,加强班级管理工作也就成为了广大师生群体共同关注的话题。在现阶段班级管理教学活动,最主要的目标是为了帮助学生营造良好的学习和成长环境,提供自我发展的平台,更好的实现素质教育的目标。在初中阶段的班级管理工作中,教师要考虑到这一阶段学生的年龄特点,采用科学的班级管理方法,引导学生在更优异的环境中提升自我。基于此,本文就从以爱感化学生、引入人本理念、开展自我教育三个方面论述了初中班级管理工作的开展策略。
With the development of teaching reform,in order to help students get more support in class,improve learning ability,strengthen class management has become a common concern of the teachers and students.At the present stage,the main goal of class management teaching activities is to help students create a good learning and growth environment,provide a platform for self-development,and better achieve the goal of quality education.In the class management of junior middle school,teachers should take into account the age characteristics of students at this stage and adopt scientific class management methods to guide students to improve themselves in a more excellent environment.Based on this,this paper discusses the strategies of junior high school class management from three aspects:influencing students with love,introducing humanistic concept and carrying out self-education.
