现阶段,工业经济的发展导致环境污染出现加剧现象,而且人类的生存与发展也在不断消耗着地球上的能源与资源,这也使得绿色可持续发展理念愈发受到重视,并且这一理念也逐渐被应用到绿色建筑工程的造价预算工作之中,而绿色建筑工程也是绿色可持续发展理念贯彻落实的体现。相关建筑企业若想开展有效工程造价预算与成本控制工作,则需要考虑到多种影响因素,并对整个绿色建筑工程的假设全过程进行实时的监督。
