摘要
目前,各级各部门关于生态环境监测机构的监管还不够充分,出现比如监管政策依据不明朗,监管职权分工不清楚等问题,因此在大数据发展的当今,难以履行生态环境监测的职能与作用,因此,在数据发展的新形态下,各级各类生态环境监测机构应该不断加强自我管理,采取相关措施,不断提升工作人员的自身素质,在实际工作中提高自我管理能力,严格把控数据监测与报告的内容与环节,以推动数据质量与内容的有效提升,为环境质量的提升提供技术支撑。
At present,the supervision of various departments on the ecological environment monitoring institutions is not sufficient.At present,there are problems such as unclear regulatory policy basis,unclear division of regulatory authority,etc.,so it is difficult to perform the function and role of ecological environment monitoring in the era of big data development.Therefore,in the new form of data development,it should be proposed that all kinds of ecological environment monitoring at all levels Institutions should constantly strengthen self-management,take relevant measures,constantly improve the quality of staff,improve self-management ability in actual work,strictly control the content and links of data monitoring and reporting,so as to promote the effective improvement of data quality and content and provide technical support for the improvement of environmental quality.
