不同生物型肥料对烤烟产质量及土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Bio-fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco and Soil Enzyme Activity

摘要 以云烟87为供试材料,研究穴施不同生物型肥料对烤烟干物质量、光合特性、经济效益及化学成分的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,穴施不同生物型肥料能提高烤烟干物质量、产值、钾含量和土壤酶活性。穴施不同生物型肥料可提高烟叶净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率,从而促进烤烟生长。不同生物型肥料处理烤烟产量顺序为绿色木霉生物菌剂处理最好,虾肽健叶水溶肥处理其次,有机碳液肥处理次之。穴施绿色木霉生物菌剂产值最高,为6.86万元/hm^2。与对照相比,不同生物型肥料处理的土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性分别增加了23.1%~40.4%、19.3%~31.1%和15.4%~27.2%。 Using Yunyan 87 as test material,the field experiment was conducted to study the effects of acupoint application of different bio-fertilizers on dry matter quality,photosynthetic characteristics,economic benefits and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that compared with the control,the acupoint application of different bio-fertilizers could improve the dry matter quality,output value,potassium content and soil enzyme activity in flue-cured tobacco.Acupoint application of different bio-fertilizers could increase the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of tobacco leaves,thereby promoting the growth of flue-cured tobacco.The order of the yield of flue-cured tobacco treated with different bio-fertilizers was the best treatment with Trichoderma viride biological agent,followed by the water-soluble fertilizer treatment with shrimp peptides,followed by the organic carbon liquid fertilizer treatment.The output value of acupoint application of Trichoderma viride was the highest at 68600 yuan/hm^2.Compared with the control,activity of soil urease,invertase and phosphatase of different bio-fertilizers treatments increased by 23.1%-40.4%,19.3%-31.1%and 15.4%-27.2%,respectively.
