新时期我国高校书院制发展现状、问题探析与对策研究 被引量:10

摘要 新时期高校书院制不仅是高校学生管理模式的改革,更是人才培养方式的创新,已成为新时期高校教育模式创新发展的改革方向。本文通过对中西方书院制发展及其教育理念的梳理,总结归纳新时期高校推行书院制契合高校立德树人教育使命,促进高等教育内涵式发展。但在建设过程中,面临着改革共识难、文化建设难、通识教育功能发挥难、导师制落实难、专业分流机制明晰难等现实问题亟待解决。需要凝聚共识,正确认知高校书院建设理念;传承中国古代书院精神内核,挖掘书院品牌文化;因地制宜、因校制宜探寻符合高校自身发展的书院制运行模式;落实导师育人制度;制定专业分流保障机制,进而促进高校书院的可持续发展。 In the new period,academy system is not only the reform of college student management mode,but also the innovation of talent training mode.It has become the reform direction of college education mode innovation and development in the new period.By sorting out the development of Chinese and Western academy systems and their educational concepts,this paper summarizes that the implementation of the academy system in colleges and universities in the new era is in line with the mission of higher education of moral education and promotes the connotative development of higher education.However,in the process of construction,there are many practical problems to be solved,such as difficulty in achieving consensus in reform,difficulty in cultural construction,difficulty in giving full play to the functions of general education,difficulty in implementing the tutorial system and difficulty in clarifying the professional shunt mechanism.It is necessary to build consensus and correctly recognize the construction concept of college academy.Inheriting the spirit core of ancient Chinese academy,excavating the academy brand culture;To explore the operation mode of academy system in accordance with local conditions and school conditions;To implement the system of mentor education;To develop the mechanism of major diversion to promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
